Vibrant Las Vegas-based funk/pop/rock band THINK has been chosen to open for the iconic rock band KISS on Friday, August 29, 2008 at The Pearl Concert Theater at 8 p.m.  Prior to the show at the Palms, THINK is also set to take the stage prior to KISS at the Rock N' The Rally in Sturgis, South Dakota on August 4, 2008.

The dynamic band has quickly built a fan base by playing at several prominent clubs and festivals across the United States.

"We're so honored to have the opportunity to play with such a respected and legendary band," says THINK lead vocalist and guitarist Brandon Knaff.  "KISS has helped launch many new bands in the past, and we hope this will encourage more people to listen to our music."

THINK has demonstrated a commitment to creating impactful songs that resonate with music fans.  The band spent nearly a year writing their debut album before joining forces with producers Darren Sher and Cris Judd of Lee Grant Productions.  Immediately captivated by the band's sound, Sher and Judd produced an 11-song record, which resulted in the soon-to-be-released debut album, Odyssey.  The album was mixed by Jeff Juliano, who has worked with musical talents such as John Mayer and the Dave Matthews Band.  Odyssey includes the song "Apollo", which has been chosen for the soundtrack of the surf movie "The Outside," along with music from Linkin Park and POD.  The movie is due out later this summer.

THINK is: Brandon Knaff on guitar and lead vocals, Phillip Seaton on lead guitar, Adam Knaff on bass, Sam Riddle on keyboards and Billy Carmody on drums.
