International superstar Charo visits the Rampart Casino for a one-night engagement on Sunday, November 25.  Recognized the world over for her witty humor, loveable accent and mastery of the flamenco guitar, this truly multi-talented icon brings a smile to people's faces with the mere mention of her name. Her trademark statement, "cuchi-cuchi," has become the international term for fun and excitement. 


The performance will be held in the Grand Ballroom at the adjoining JW Marriott starting at 4:00 pm with doors opening at 3:00 pm.  Tickets go on sale at the main cage at the Rampart Casino on Friday, November 9th for only $40.00 which includes taxes and fees.


As a special bonus to celebrate Charo's show, all purchased tickets also include a complimentary meal at the Rampart Buffet.  The buffet voucher can be used anytime before December 23.  For the low price of $40, guests can enjoy an evening of entertainment and delicious food.


Born in Murcia, Spain, Charo learned to play the guitar from the world-famous master, Andres Segovia, and became a recording artist in her early teens. Her mastery of the guitar and establishment of the new salsa style has garnered her international fame, earned her numerous recording awards, and has lead her to sell million of records. She has performed on stage, in films and on countless hit television shows.  Her career includes more than 45 appearances on "The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson," and she appeared on "The Love Boat" more than any other star.


Currently, Charo is touring to sold-out audiences. Her live shows are an exciting blend of song, dance and laughter.  She is also busy promoting her new CD, "Charo and Guitar," a highly anticipated mixture of her patented rhythms and mastery of classical guitar.
