Eric Burdon's tenure with The Animals made him one of the seminal figures of the 1960's British Invasion. Some of Burdon's hits include "House of the Rising Sun," "It's My Life," "Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood," "We Gotta Get Out of This Place" and "Spill the Wine."  Burdon and The Animals were inducted into the Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame in 1994.


Formed in Detroit in 1967, Rare Earth was the first white act signed to the legendary Motown Records label. Their heady mix of rock, soul, funk and pop melodies clicked with both the critics and the audience who appreciated the bands excellent musicianship and electric live show. Rare Earth's hits include "Get Ready," "(I Know) I'm Losing you," "Born to Wander" and "I Just Want to Celebrate."
