Master Chef Wolfgang Puck is serving up hot dining specials exclusively for Las Vegans this summer.  From now until the end of August, each of Puck's six Las Vegas restaurants will feature unique and specially priced menu items for locals including a variety of chef's tasting menus and refreshing cocktails. 


"We wanted to create something this summer that would express our gratitude to local guests," said Tom Kaplan, senior managing partner of the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group. "We feel the best way to say 'thank you' is to share our favorites with them through specialty items and menus. This extension of our on-going Compliments of the Chef program is our way of celebrating the tremendous support from our community."


The Compliments of the Chef program was launched by the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group to better serve the needs and time constraints of local patrons.  The program offers guests priority reservations and preferred seating at all six restaurants, plus a complimentary dessert per couple.


The specials locals will find this summer at each of the restaurants will include the following:


Spago at The Forum Shops at Caesars will offer a five-course, daily changing tasting menu for $65 per person inside the main dining room.  Always on the A-list to-do list, this legendary hot spot's dramatic modern design and popular people-watching patio are reflective of the innovative and creative California-style cuisine.


Also inside The Forum Shops at Caesars is Chinois where the bold flavors of Asia meet the creativity and passion of America's most innovative chef.  Here, locals will find a three-course tasting menu of Asian delights for $29 per person.  Guests will select from the Baby Beet Salad or Puck's Famous Chinois Chicken Salad to start their meal, followed by either the "Hong Kong Style" Atlantic Salmon with Water Chestnuts and Bok Choy or the Pan-Roasted Pork Loin accompanied by Garlic Spinach.  Lastly, guests can indulge their sweet tooth with either the Peanut Crunchy Chocolate Mousse or Fifteen Layer Red Velvet Cake.


Wolfgang Puck's Postrio, inside the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian, offers a tasting menu for two at the restaurant's patio café overlooking the bustling activity and Carnivale atmosphere of St. Mark's Square.  The menu includes Olives and Bruschetta, Caesar Salad, Pizza Margherita, Tiramisu and a carafe of wine for $45 per couple.


Wolfgang's Italian restaurant, Trattoria del Lupo inside Mandalay Bay, offers guests a pre-fixe menu featuring authentic Italian dishes inspired by Rome and its neighboring Northern regions for $40 per person.  Guests will begin with a choice of Mixed Green Salad with Olives and Orange Vinaigrette or the Lupo Caesar Salad with Pizza Grissini and Asiago.  Next, guests will select from a choice of four entrees including Chicken Scaloppini with Mushrooms and Marsala Wine; Fresh Fish of the Day with Spinach, Potatoes and Salsa Verde; Wolfgang's Lasagna with Beef, Veal, Ricotta and Béchamel; or the Chef's Fresh Homemade Pasta of the Day.  For dessert, guests will have the choice of Tiramisu "del Lupo" or selections of House Made Gelatos and Sorbets.


The Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill, inside MGM Grand, has created a Farmer's Market Menu for $40 per person.  Appetizers will include the Heirloom Tomato Salad with Burrata Cheese and Aged Balsamic or the Sweet Corn Soup with Roasted Peppers and Basil.  Entrée selections will feature Seared Sea Scallops with Savoy Cabbage and Red Wine Porcini Reduction or the Maple-Glazed Pork Tenderloin with Goat Cheese Polenta and Braised Chard.  For dessert, guests will enjoy Ricotta Cheesecake with fresh Farmer's Market Berries.


Wolfgang Puck's contemporary steakhouse CUT, inside The Palazzo, will toast locals with a complimentary refreshing Bellini for each guest.  Made with Prosecco and fresh peach puree, it's the perfect summer aperitif.
