Trattoria del Lupo Located inside Mandalay Bay, Trattoria del Lupo features authentic Italian dishes inspired by Rome and its neighboring northern regions, and this season, the kitchen is cooking up holiday-inspired dishes to satisfy any appetite.  Executive Chef Eduardo Perez offers the following special menu items:

Chinois Offering a taste of the Orient, Chinois is located inside the Forum Shops at Caesars and features the fusion of Chinese and Japanese flavors with European influences.  The family style menu designed for mixing, matching and sharing with others makes Chinois an ideal place for large groups to gather for a memorable holiday dining experience.   Executive Chef Terence Fong creates an array of specialty dishes including the following:

Pumpkin Cheesecake Napoleon A decadent delight for any sweet tooth, the Pumpkin Cheesecake Napoleon is the classic holiday dessert available at both Spago, located inside The Forum Shops at Caesars, and Postrio inside The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian.  The Pumpkin Cheesecake Napoleon is cheesecake filling sandwiched between two Napoleon-style pastries, accented with fruit compote and topped with nutmeg-infused whipped cream.  The Pumpkin Cheesecake Napoleon is priced at $12. 


Navan Sidecar Cocktail The Navan Sidecar is the holiday cocktail created by Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group Mixologist Paul McGee. A variation of the classic cocktail, the Sidecar, its cinnamon sugar and vanilla undertones make this cocktail a well-balanced treat this season.  The Navan Sidecar is prepared by combining Gran Marnier's Navan Vanilla Cognac, Cointreau, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white.  All ingredients are shaken with ice, strained into a cinnamon and sugar-rimmed martini glass and garnished with a thin orange slice.  Available to guests for $12, the Navan Sidecar is offered at all five of Wolfgang Puck's fine dining restaurants in Las Vegas.
