Craig Beam, master distiller at Heaven Hill Distillery, visits Twin Creeks at Silverton Casino Lodge for a special dinner and bourbon pairing at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 16.


A meet and greet with Beam will take place 6:30 – 7:15 p.m. inside Twin Creeks followed by a dinner and bourbon pairing 7:30 – 9:30 p.m.  Twin Creeks' Executive Chef Mark Chapman has created a unique three-course menu for the event.  Each dish on Chapman's menu has been crafted to compliment Beam's various bourbons.  As each course is served, Beam will introduce and pair a bourbon creation with the dish.


The event also serves as the release party for Parker's Heritage Collection.  Parker's Heritage Collection is the latest installment in Heaven Hill Distillery's limited annual series of rare, aged American whiskey.  Twin Creeks will be the first and only restaurant in Las Vegas to boast this collection.
