Fred Booker Noe, master distiller and great grandson of Jim Beam, visits Twin Creeks at Silverton Casino Lodge for a special dinner and bourbon pairing 7 to 9:30 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 27.

Chef Matthew Alba has created a unique three-course menu for the event.  Each dish on Alba's menu features bourbon as a key ingredient to further enhance the pairing experience.  The evening will also feature four specialty cocktails created by master mixologist John DuPont using Noe's small-batch bourbon collection to complement each course.  Immediately following each course, Noe and DuPont will speak about the cocktail being served and the products it features.

The dinner and bourbon pairing event will be held inside Twin Creeks at Silverton Casino Lodge 7 to 9:30 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 27.  Tickets are $85 per person and only available at the restaurant.  Those wishing to attend are urged to purchase tickets in advance, as the evening is limited to 100 people.

After receiving a $3.7 million redesign, Twin Creeks boasts an innovative new menu, signature boutique bourbons, a classically trained chef, extensive wine list and restyled interior and exterior.   Designer lighting throughout three distinct dining areas produces the ideal ambiance to enjoy the creations of Chef Matthew Alba.  High top tables in the bar area provide casual dining and conversation, while custom designed booths offer seclusion and privacy.  New finishes throughout the restaurant such as wood floors, ceiling beams, sheers and candle niches are all part of Twin Creeks' transformation into one of the best dining options in Las Vegas.  Twin Creeks is open for dinner 5 – 10 p.m. Sunday, Tuesday – Thursday and 5 – 11 p.m. Friday – Saturday.
