Twin Creeks inside Silverton Casino Lodge to boast innovative new menu, signature boutique bourbons, classically trained chef, extensive wine list and restyled interior and exterior once reopened.


To take the Epicurean award-winning restaurant to the next level, everything from the facade, which will incorporate a wall wine display, to the private dining room has been redesigned.  Once open, Twin Creeks will feature a lounge area, bar and a private dining room for parties of 20 or more.  With a total of 152 seats, Twin Creeks will be able to accommodate large parties while remaining an intimate dining experience.


"Atmosphere is key to a truly enjoyable dining experience," said Yale Rowe, general manager of Silverton Casino Lodge.  "I am confident the new look and feel of Twin Creeks will resonate with regulars and newcomers alike.  It will be the perfect blend of a modern Strip-side destination and friendly neighborhood restaurant."


Designer lighting throughout three distinct dining areas will produce the ideal ambiance to enjoy the creations of Chef Alba.  High top tables in the bar area will provide casual dining and conversation, while the custom designed booths are sure to offer seclusion and privacy.  New finishes throughout the restaurant such as wood floors, ceiling beams, sheers and candle niches are all part of Twin Creeks' transformation into one of the best dining options in Las Vegas.


Twin Creeks will feature world-class creations prepared by classically trained Chef Matthew Alba.  Some of Alba's signature dishes will include maple-cured salmon and golden beets, seafood trilogy, mixed grill ensemble and double cut Elysian Fields Farm lamb loin chips.  In addition, the restyled restaurant will boast an extensive wine list, boutique bourbons and handcrafted martinis.


Chef Alba brings a wealth of culinary skills and knowledge to Twin Creeks as executive room chef.  A Scottsdale Culinary Institute graduate, Alba spent the past three years working under the direction of world-renowned chef, Thomas Keller, as sous-chef of Bouchon at The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino.  While at Bouchon, Alba kept the kitchen hot by coming up with specials, taking inventory, managing staff and making sure wait staff received food in a timely fashion. 


Matthew Pellerito will serve as Twin Creeks' general manager.  Pellerito has learned the ins and outs of fine dining from the ground up by bussing and waiting tables, washing dishes and bartending.  Within one year of his first job, Pellerito managed to work his way up from dishwasher to head waiter of Jacques' Mediterranean Restaurant, a four star fine dining restaurant in Troy, MI. 


Pellerito entered the world of fine dining within a casino/resort in 2001 when he accepted the position as food and beverage assistant director for Greektown Casino in Detroit.  While there, he was responsible for all operating aspects of three restaurants, two dining rooms, three lounges a banquet hall, nightclub and casino floor beverage service.  Most recently, Pellerito opened Pampas Brazilian Grille inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.  Serving as General Manager, Pellerito turned Pampas into a highly successful venue in half the time projected by its corporate counterpart.
