TREVI Italian Restaurant at The Forum Shops at Caesars has added even more reasons to visit for lunch or dinner with new menu items.  The restaurant is known for its authentic Italian recipes, and guests will now be able to indulge in homemade Antipasto Alla TREVI, Beef Carpaccio, Caprese, Rigatoni Bolognese, Fazzelletto and sautéed broccoli (side dish).

"We like to add new items to the menu for our guests to enjoy," said Nick Catanella, general manager and managing partner of TREVI Italian Restaurant.  "While guests can still order their long-time favorites from the menu, these are sure to be on the top of their lists."

The Antipasto Alla TREVI is filled with fresh vegetables, meat and cheese and is the perfect way to begin the meal.  With smoked Prosciutto, roasted peppers and mushrooms, artichoke hearts, basil, Sicilian green olives, Kalamata olives, cherry peppers, mozzarella and olive oil, the presentation is as tantalizing as the taste.

Beef Carpaccio is a tasty combination of juicy tenderloin slices made with arugula, olive oil, lemon juice, parmagiana, capers and red onion.

Tasty and healthy, the Caprese features roasted Roma tomatoes, basil, pine nuts, basil pesto and balsamic vinegar.  Served on a rectangular plate, the Caprese is great for starters or as an accompaniment to afternoon cocktails.

The taste of Italy comes to TREVI with the Rigatoni Bolognese, which is filled with rigatoni, sausage Bolognese, tomato sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese.  Served in a large pasta bowl, the entrée is topped with fresh parsley.

Fazzelletto is a combination of great taste and the finest ingredients.  With pasta, a spinach ricotta mixture, wild mushroom sauce and parmesan cheese, the result is a rich and creamy entrée that's sure to please the palate.

Eating vegetables was never as good as at TREVI.  The sautéed broccoli is a side dish including broccoli florets, olive oil, shaved garlic cloves, salt & pepper and zesty lemon juice.

For a true dining experience, visit TREVI Italian Restaurant.  From cocktails and appetizers to entrees and dessert, the homemade Italian menu is second-to-none.  TREVI is open for lunch and dinner daily from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m.  For more information, call TREVI at (702) 735-4663 or visit www.trevi-italian.net.
