The Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group is ringing in 2008 with a special tasting menu available at Trattoria del Lupo. Trattoria del Lupo Executive Chef Eduardo Perez cooks up festive holiday items such as an Alaskan King Crab Salad served with Black Caviar, Chervil and White Truffle Vinaigrette.  His Grilled Prime Bone-In Beef Tenderloin makes for a perfect main course and is served with Crisp Confit Potatoes and Black Truffle Shallot Chutney.  For dessert, Perez offers a Chocolate Melting Dome prepared with White Chocolate Buttermilk Cake and Seasonal Citrus.
