TENDER Steak & Seafood offers a warm, rich environment highlighted by cherry wood décor and soft intimate lighting.  Executive Chef KC Fazel showcases a menu that infuses steakhouse favorites ? Kobe, Wagyu and Black Angus Steaks; New Zealand Lamb Chops and Maine Lobster Tails ? with modern culinary innovations including Nilgai Antelope, Bison Short Ribs and Rocky Mountain Elk Chops.


Complementing the menu is an equally innovative drink menu.  Classic cocktails such as the Manhattan, the Old Fashioned and the Cosmopolitan are served alongside contemporary creations such as the Noble Pepper which mixes reposado tequila with sweet banana pepper and simple syrup, and the Dark and Stormy which combines rum with fresh lime and ginger beer.
