Sushi Roku offers a fiery liquid concoction, Dragon Kiss, for a hot and blazing Valentine's Day.
Sushi Roku's Dragon Kiss cocktail is a delightful blend created to make lovers melt and set hearts on fire. This libation is assembled with 8 mint leaves, 1 whole lime, ½ ounce of White Tea Fusion, 1½ ounces of Disaronno and 1½ ounces of lemon sour. After the mint leaves and limejuice are muddled together, the White Tea Fusion, Disaronno and lemon sour are added and all of the ingredients are shaken over ice. The combination is strained into a martini glass and garnished with a rose petal for a touch of love.
Dragon Kiss is available noon to midnight on Valentine's Day, Thursday, Feb. 14 for $14.
Named "Best Japanese" at the 2007 Epicurean Awards presented by Las Vegas Life magazine, Sushi Roku embodies a minimalist style and boasts an extraordinary Strip view. The select menu features California sushi and modern Asian cuisine including signature specialties such as yellowtail sashimi seared in sizzling oil with a splash of ponzu and diced chilies, pan-fried spicy jumbo shrimp, and potatoes and grilled lamb chops marinated in soy garlic sauce to please the palette of the non-sushi diner. At Sushi Roku, tranquility and style unite to create an environment both refreshing and tantalizing to the senses.
