Sushi Roku encourages guests to enjoy a taste of luxury and a sip of extravagance while dining where the rich and famous feast.
Boasting decadent dishes in a sexy environment, sinful cocktails and a breathtaking Strip view, Innovative Dining Group's Sushi Roku is frequently visited by A-list celebrities. The Killers front man Brandon Flowers is a recurrent guest and Janet Jackson dined at Sushi Roku twice in the same week while visiting Sin City. Other famed guests include Britney Spears, Ashanti, Adrien Brody, Kim Basinger, Shawn and Marlon Wayons, Reese Witherspoon and Dave Navarro among others.
Most recently, Sushi Roku catered to the stars at the Sushi Roku/Direct TV bash in Phoenix to gear up for the big game on Feb. 3. Celebrity attendees included football star Matt Leinert, American actor and former NFL defensive end Terry Crews, Golden Globe-winning actor Ving Rhames, former American and Canadian football quarterback Warren Moon, reality television star Brody Jenner and TV personality from "The Girls Next Door" Kendra Wilkinson. Another set of stars on site were "Nip/Tuck's" Julian McMahon, rockers Velvet Revolver, actress Juliette Lewis and Will.i.am from the Black-eyed Peas.
Innovative Dining Group (IDG) pioneered Sushi Roku, the company's contemporary Japanese concept, in Hollywood in 1997 with additional locations opening throughout the Los Angeles area and expanding into the Las Vegas market in 2006. To the Hollywood elite, Sushi Roku has become the place to "see and be seen," shown through the support and backing from celebrity investors such as Ryan Seacrest, Tori Spelling, and Brett Ratner. Innovative Dining Group will debut Sushi Roku at the W Scottsdale Hotel & Residences in late April 2008.

The select menu features California sushi and modern Asian cuisine including signature specialties such as yellowtail sashimi seared in sizzling oil with a splash of ponzu and diced chilies, pan-fried spicy jumbo shrimp, and potatoes and grilled lamb chops marinated in soy garlic sauce to please the palette of the non-sushi diner. At Sushi Roku, tranquility and style unite to create an environment both refreshing and tantalizing to the senses.
