Strip House, Las Vegas' hottest new dining destination, offers several appetizing additions to its innovative menu this holiday season.

Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 22, Strip House will feature three fall favorites.  Wild mushroom bisque with crisp pancetta, sage and black truffle butter is an unforgettable start to a perfect holiday meal.  Chef Schenk's take on roast fresh turkey is sure to delight.  This classic entrée comes with chestnut bread stuffing, butternut squash puree, kale and collard greens and balsamic-cranberry sauce with confit giblet gravy.  Strip House will also feature an irresistible pumpkin pie with Tahitian vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Exclusive Christmas Day menu additions are sure to warm up diners on a cold winter night.  The Strip House jumbo lump and Alaskan king crab cake appetizer compliments the festive holiday with a celery root salad and remoulade sauce.  One-day only Christmas entrées include a slow roasted bone-in prime rib with horseradish potato pancakes and a sautéed Dover sole with roasted cauliflower served alongside caper salad with brown butter sauce.

Several New Year's Eve menu additions offer a way to start the year off right.  Florida crab claws with mustard sauce and drawn butter are an excellent addition to Strip House's tantalizing selection of appetizers.  Holiday entrée's include 14 oz. bone-in prime filet mignon, Strip House prime rib with horseradish popovers and broiled or steamed 4 lb. lobster with drawn butter.  For dessert, tempting bananas foster with vanilla ice cream and rum.

Strip House, located inside Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, redefines the traditional steak house.  Renowned restaurateurs Peter, Penny and Mathew Glazier, along with Executive Chef John Schenk have created an atmosphere unlike any other in Las Vegas.  The innovative menu is designed to excite all the senses with prime cuts of beef charred to perfection, signature side dishes, an extensive wine list and the famed 24-layer chocolate cake.  Strip House is open 5 – 11 p.m. Sunday – Thursday and 5 – 11:30 p.m. Friday – Saturday.  For more information, or to make a reservation, please call 702.737.5200.
