The Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group is ringing in 2008 with a special tasting menu available at Spago. Executive Chef for Spago Eric Klein has created novelties for his menu and starts off by offering the Golden Egg prepared with Oscetra Caviar, Spiced Cream Chives and Brioche. Part of the main course is the Snake River Farm New-York, which is full of flavor and served with Artichoke Rockefeller and Sauce Foyot. To complete the experience, guests are served the Chocolat Melting Bombe, delectable enough to satisfy any sweet tooth.
