Eatery at Luxor Revamps Menu and Now Open Seven Days per Week


Pure Management Group, along with celebrity investors Nicky Hilton, Wilmer Valderrama and Nick Lachey, have made their mark on the Las Vegas dining scene with the addition of Company American Bistro at Luxor.  The stylish eatery is now open seven days per week and has refreshed its menu to offer something for everyone.  Located adjacent to LAX Nightclub, Company American Bistro boasts a rustic feel in a cozy and inviting environment while offering diners classic American dishes to please every palate.

Crafting mouthwatering comfort food such as "Old School" Crab Cakes and Smoked Sirloin Burgers with applewood bacon, Company's team of talented chefs has added a wide range of home-style American entrees to the menu.  Using only the freshest ingredients available, the new menu is full of exciting dishes with a mass appeal.  Guests looking for a deliciously unique dish also are sure to find what they are looking for in the new "weekly specials" section of the menu.


Patrons stopping in for a quick bite now can retreat to the lounge, which offers a tantalizing bar menu full of specialties including Bistro-fried Calamari with spicy mayonnaise and the Grilled Chicken BLT. The fun and inviting lounge also features happy hour specials for guests looking to try one of Company's delicious signature cocktails.


Fashioned by the award-winning, New York-based design firm AvroKO, Company American Bistro encompasses more than 10,000 square feet featuring a charming lounge, aspen trees, a state-of-the-art wine wall and hurricane lamp candles. 


Whether making an evening out of dinner or stopping in for a bite before heading next door to LAX, Company American Bistro is the restaurant of choice on The Strip.  Company American Bistro is open for dinner Sunday – Thursday from 5p.m. – 10:30 p.m. and Friday & Saturday from 5 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.  The lounge is open Sunday – Thursday from 4 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. and Friday & Saturday from 4 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
