BRIO Tuscan Grille, a BRAVO! Development Incorporated concept, offers a sun-kissed harvest of ripe produce, savory cheeses, and the freshest seafood and meats in a new menu that complements the change of seasons. Tempting appetizers, crisp salads and special entrees are dressed with summer-light sauces and special accompaniments, perfect for warmer temperatures.

"The arrival of spring and summer is an opportunity to offer a harvest of fresh foods on our menu. Using fresh, seasonal ingredients is one of the things BRIO does best and is a cornerstone of Tuscan-style cooking," says Nicole Roope, BRIO Tuscan Grille marketing director. New appetizers meant for sharing include the Ahi Tuna Caponata, blackened and thinly sliced tuna with arugula, eggplant caponata, creamy lemon vinaigrette and Parmesan Flatbread. The tasting experience is taken to a new level with Spicy Shrimp and Eggplant, grilled shrimp and Romano crusted eggplant with a black pepper cream sauce. Bruschetta Caprese is another tasty choice with vine-ripened red and yellow tomatoes marinated in a red-wine vinaigrette with fresh Mozzarella, basil and a balsamic drizzle. Shrimp Bruschetta, topped with a smooth lobster sherry sauce, Fontina cheese and charred tomato relish is another option not to be missed.

New to brunch, lunch and dinner are entrees like Pasta Alla Vodka, housemade pasta filled with creamy Ricotta cheese, tossed with crispy prosciutto, garlic, basil and a tomato parmesan cream sauce. Also new to all menus is the Seared Tuna Chopped Salad, which combines seared tuna with crisp chopped greens, Roma tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, haricot vert, crispy pasta, Feta Cheese and a creamy lemon vinaigrette. Dinner guests can choose from new specialties like the Artichoke and Herb Crusted Pork Chop, topped with creamy Boursin and baby artichoke crust, broiled tomato, crispy red-skinned potatoes and arugula. The return of a favorite, Chicken Limone, is made in traditional Piccata-style with white wine, lemon and capers and served with a broiled tomato, crispy red-skinned potatoes and arugula. Fresh Crispy Eggplant Parmesan is a new side dish, hand-breaded and fried to a crisp golden-brown with Pomodoro sauce and shaved Parmesan.

Guests will want to lengthen the BRIO Tuscan Grille stay by trying the new vanilla Bean Panna Cotta, made with fresh berries. It is served dolchino-style, a smaller dessert portion that allows guests to end their meal with a sweet smile.  A taste of Tuscany is extra enjoyable when dining alfresco. BRIO Tuscan Grille terraces are now open for brunch, lunch and dinner.
