BOA Steakhouse invites guests to celebrate New Year's Eve Vegas style with an extravagant menu, a night of elegance and an exclusive dining experience under the neon lights of Sin City.

BOA Steakhouse will host an elite New Year's Eve with early seating from 5 to 7 p.m. During this time, diners may delight on items from the standard BOA Steakhouse menu or the special prix fixe menu.  Guests can choose between three delectable starters including an organic watercress salad made with candied walnuts, Fuji apples and topped with a lemon vinaigrette; prime tenderloin carpaccio served with fried capers, parmesan flakes, radish salad and a truffle vinaigrette; or sautéed Hudson Valley Foie Gras served with star fruit salad, brioche toast and covered with a port wine syrup. The main course offers two selections with either Maine lobster risotto, which is a poached lobster tail accompanied by herbed lobster beurre blanc or Australian Kobe New York Strip alongside golden chanterelles, red pearl onions, crispy polenta and drizzled with a black truffle demiglace. For dessert, guests can indulge in flourless chocolate cake garnished with fresh raspberries and a scoop of hand made vanilla ice cream.

The second seating is from 9 to 11 p.m. and New Year's Eve revelers may start off their meal with jumbo lump crab salad made with cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and crispy wontons or prime tenderloin carpaccio. For the second course, guests may devour the pan seared red snapper paired with winter vegetables and saffron bouillon or sautéed Hudson Valley Foie Gras. Next on the menu is Maine Lobster risotto or Australian Kobe New York Strip, which can be substituted with Premium Japanese Wagyu for an additional $50. BOA's dessert sweetens the deal with a fantastic spectacle of the famed Las Vegas Strip fireworks and a dark chocolate Kahlua soufflé with crème anglaise and hand made vanilla ice cream.

New Year's Eve at BOA Steakhouse is $195 per person for indoor dining, $255 per person for terrace seating and $100 for the early seating menu. Restaurant hours are 5 p.m. to 1 a.m.  Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 702.733.7373.

BOA Steakhouse has an award-winning beverage program and was the recipient of "Best Cocktails" at the 2006 and 2007 Epicurean Awards presented by Las Vegas Life magazine. Also named "Best New Restaurant on the Strip" at the 2006 Epicurean Awards, BOA Steakhouse is the renamed version of Los Angeles' famed Balboa.
