WHAT: Top chefs from around the Valley will go head-to-head to see whose cuisine reigns supreme at the Las Vegas Chef Challenge – Battle: Aloha Soy. Using soy sauce, the special ingredient from event sponsor Aloha Soy, chefs will compete to win the chance to represent Las Vegas at the national competition in Hawaii.
WHEN: Saturday, September 15, 2007 12 p.m. – 3 p.m. WHERE: Wolfgang Puck's Chinois inside The Forum Shops at Caesars 3500 Las Vegas Blvd. South, Suite L-3 Las Vegas, NV 89109 WHO: Competing Chefs: · Eric Klein - Spago · Mark Andelbradt - Tao · Jeanie Turcato - MGM Grand · Carlton Shinsato - The Mirage · Tony Marinas - Paris Las Vegas · Brandon Konishi - Roy's, Summerlin · Percy Oani - Roy's on Flamingo · Luis Alvarez - Osaka, Summerlin · Katherene Brockshire - Rio · Hiro Nakano - Sen of Japan DETAILS: The Las Vegas Chef Challenge – Battle: Aloha Soy is open to the public. Tickets are $50 per person and may be purchased by calling Chinois at (702) 737- 9700. Attendees will witness the chefs in action as they compete for the title plus taste each competitor's dishes. The judges will pick the top chef but attending guests will have the opportunity to select the People's Choice Award winner. Tickets also entitle guests to two drinks each plus appetizers created by the award-winning chefs at Wolfgang Puck's Chinois. Caesars Palace |
