Tivoli Village at Queensridge revealed its latest addition of retail and dining tenants today – Tres Agaves Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Lounge, Martin Yan's 9 Dragons, Townsend and Ritual Spa & Salon – that will make up the 29-acre, $850 million outdoor mixed-use project directly adjacent to Summerlin, located 11 miles northwest of the Las Vegas Strip.
San Francisco-based brands Tres Agaves and Townsend are looking to Las Vegas to help expand after experiencing popularity and word-of-mouth buzz from fans in California touting the companies' food and beverage offerings. Tres Agaves is known for its authentic south of the border cuisine and tequila, with an emphasis on regional specialties from the state of Jalisco, Mexico. Townsend, known as District in San Francisco, provides guests with a cozy lounge setting to sample small plates and an eclectic selection of wines by the glass.
Legendary chef and host of PBS' Yan Can Cook Martin Yan introduces his inaugural 9 Dragons restaurant concept at Tivoli Village. Martin Yan's 9 Dragons, his first business venture in Nevada, will showcase authentic and fun cuisine from the eight traditional styles of Chinese cooking. Back from the Summer Olympics in Beijing, where he served as a food and culture commentator for NBC, Yan is excited to share his passion for introducing people to the diverse tastes of his ancestral home. Yan chose 9 Dragons as his new restaurant's name because of its lucky significance in Chinese lore.
After much success at its Henderson, Nev., location and an ever-growing fan base, Ritual Spa & Salon brings its beauty expertise west of the Strip. Known as a relaxing retreat, the new Ritual Salon & Spa location will offer full-service salon services and wellness lifestyle treatments.

Once completed, Tivoli Village will feature well known and world-renowned retail selections and dining experiences set in the classically rich architecture style of old Europe, complete with cobblestone walkways, intricate landscaping and a centrally-located park. Tivoli Village is slated for it's grand opening in Fall of 2009 with Mastro's Steakhouse opening in Spring 2009.
Additional tenants confirmed for Tivoli Village include Village Roadshow Gold Class Cinemas, Zeffirino, David Barton Gym, belle gray, BCBG MaxAzria, Grand Lux Café, Kidville, and AG Jeans.
Tivoli Village will feature more than 700,000 square feet of retail, dining, entertainment and office space, in addition to 340 condominium homes. Las Vegas-based EHB Companies is the developer for the project. IDB Development Corporation, Ltd. is the financial investor partnered with the Tivoli Village and One Queensridge Place projects.
