The Third Annual Celebrity Poker Tournament will take place at Caesars Palace on Saturday, February 16 with a VIP Reception at PURE Nightclub. All proceeds will benefit Opportunity Village. Initial celebrities scheduled to participate include Ronn Lucas, Frankie and Joey Scinta of The Scintas, Thunder from Down Under, Poker Pro Oklahoma Johnny Hale and more. Check-in begins at 11:30 a.m. and the tournament begins at 1 p.m.
The No-Limit Texas Hold ‘Em Tournament will offer a seat in the World Series of Poker plus additional cash and prizes. The Tournament is open to the public with a $500 buy-in and unlimited re-buys available through the 6th round for $300. A second chance tournament will be available to players who bust out of the main event before the 6th round. The buy-in for the second chance tournament is $200 and there are no re-buys. The second chance tournament winner will receive a seat at the main championship table. For those not wanting to play, $50 grants access to watch the tournament and attend a VIP reception at PURE Nightclub featuring live entertainment, a silent auction, open bar and gourmet hors d'oeuvres.
