All-digital entertainment complex set to open in 2009 with 14 screens and 3,100 seats.


M Resort, Spa and Casino, an all-new $1 billion resort to be completed in the spring of 2009 on South Las Vegas Boulevard, has struck a partnership agreement with Galaxy Theatres, the privately-owned, award-winning movie theatre company widely known for its advanced digital technology and customer service philosophy.


Expected to open in the fall of 2009, the 63,000 square-foot movie entertainment theatre will feature 14 screens and 3,100 seats. Digital and 3-D movie projection, spacious auditoriums, over-sized movie screens, all-stadium luxury seating, digital sound and premium concession selections, including popcorn with real butter, will be offered at the movie entertainment theatre.

Galaxy Theatres, which is ranked in the top 10 percent of its industry in size, has movie entertainment theatres in California, Nevada, Texas and Washington.

When complete, the all-digital entertainment complex will be directly accessible from the outside as well as inside on the casino level to provide convenience for all guests.
