The Springs Cafe by Wolfgang Puck is the latest "green" addition to the Las Vegas Springs Preserve.  The 6,800 square-foot café showcases organic ingredients from regional artisan producers and growers, and complements the Preserve's commitment to sustainable living.  Indoor and outdoor dining is available and the wrap-around balcony provides not only a bird's eye view of the Preserve's Amphitheatre, but also an expansive panoramic view of the Las Vegas Strip – from the Stratosphere all the way south past Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino.
