Bar 12-21 Features THe Ideal Location To Meet For Award-Winning Cocktail Menu And A Special 'Bar Bites' Menu.
Morton's The Steakhouse in Las Vegas will open the new Bar 12-21 to guests on August 15. An ideal place for after-business happy hours, networking and any special occasion, Bar 12-21 will offer guests a variety of libations and a special "Bar Bites" menu. The popular bar concept, which pays homage to the opening of Morton's original State Street, Chicago location on December 21, 1978, treats guests to a special "Bar Bites" menu featuring signature dishes, ranging from $9.50 to $13.00. During the nightly Power Hours at 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., the "Bar Bites" are offered at $6 each.
"We're excited that our guests will have yet another reason to visit Morton's with the opening of Bar 12-21," said Daniel Hurst, general manager and managing partner for Morton's The Steakhouse in Las Vegas. "We made our bar better-than-ever, where guests can enjoy cocktails and a tasty selection of food at the bar. Bar 12-21 is a destination in itself – guests will find the same personalized service and second-to-none food. One visit and our guests will make it their favorite stop after work and the perfect place after a show late at night."
The specially-priced "Bar Bites" menu during the Power Hours features:
Mini Cheeseburger Trio – more than half a pound of USDA Prime beef with cheddar cheese, tomato slices, iceberg lettuce and onion, served on silver dollar rolls, priced at $6;
Four Petite Filet Mignon Sandwiches – mustard mayonnaise sauce, served on seeded dinner rolls, priced at $6;
Chicken Goujonettes – crispy fried chicken strips, mustard mayonnaise, priced at $6; and Crab, Spinach & Artichoke Dip, with toasted bread croutons, priced at $6.
And there's more: Oysters on the Half Shell at $2 each and Colossal Shrimp at $3.25 a piece!
To accompany these delectable dishes, Morton's offers more than 50 legendary martinis, made with the largest selection of premium vodkas and gins available, including: The Silver Bullet, Bombay Gin, Vermouth, Spanish Olives; The Martini Campari, Smirnoff Vodka, Campari, Orange and Lemon slices; The Scotland Yard, Boodles Gin, Chivas 18-year, twist of lemon; and The French Martini, Tanqueray Gin, a Dash of Pernod and twist of lemon.
Bar 12·21 features rich, dark wood floors and a plasma screen television, while conveying a warm and friendly atmosphere perfect for social and business outings alike. The bar offers a striking architectural design, low lighting, and sophisticated ambiance.
