Cheese Nachos


Chef Joe offers his recipe for Cheese Nachos, a timeless popular dish amongst sports fans.  The recipe is as follows:


Ingredients:


7-oz. Tortilla Chips


5-oz. Ground Beef


5-oz. Pepper Jack and Cheddar Cheese


2-oz. Red and green peppers (sautéed and diced)


1-oz. Onion (diced)


2-oz. Sour Cream


2-oz. Pico de Gallo


2-oz. Guacamole


1.5-oz. Sliced Jalapenos


4-oz. Chili Beans


1.5-oz. Sliced Olives


4-oz. Cheese Wiz


Instructions: Place chili beans into a nacho bowl and top with tortilla chips.  Top chips with sautéed green peppers, red peppers, onions and ground beef.  Drizzle cheese wiz over and top with more chili beans.  Stack more tortilla chips over chili beans and top with shredded cheddar and pepper jack cheese.   Place in oven for approximately four minutes.  Top with sour cream, pico de gallo, guacamole, jalapeños and sliced olives.  Finally, top with more cheese wiz.
