Company American Bistro at Luxor has joined the effort to tackle hunger in America as a participant at the 17th annual Taste of the NFL, the party with a purpose charity event on February 2.  The event takes place on the eve of Super Bowl XLII in Arizona at the Phoenix Civic Plaza while raising money for local and national hunger organizations.  


Traditionally reserved for one select restaurant in each of the NFL's 32 cities, Company American Bistro has broken the mold as a special addition to this year's host city.  Participating restaurants highlight one dish at Taste of the NFL for the thousands in attendance to enjoy. Led by Pure Management Group's Corporate Executive Chef Michael Sellmann, Company American Bistro will be serving a Braised Oxtail with Celeriac Mousseline and Black Truffle Vinaigrette.   


"We are thrilled to be a participant in the 17th annual Taste of the NFL and even more so that the money raised will be going to help those in need," said Robert Frey, managing partner of Pure Management Group. 


In addition to an abundance of delicious food, patrons in attendance will have the opportunity to bid on silent auction items including a package donated by Company American Bistro which consists of a trip for two to Las Vegas, a two night stay at Luxor and dinner at Company American Bistro followed by a VIP table at LAX Nightclub.
