Loews Lake Las Vegas offers locals and visitors the chance to party in style during their New Year's Eve Gala starting at 7 p.m. The evening kicks off with live entertainment and includes a lavish dinner complete with dancing, drinks, party favors and a champagne toast at midnight. The Vineyard Restaurant serves up a menu worth celebrating on New Year's Eve, beginning with decadent appetizer choices such as New Zealand lamp chop, jumbo lump crab profiteroles, or lobster and corn chowder soup. Diners are then treated to a crisp salad made with butter lettuce, teardrop tomatoes, white asparagus tips, kiwi and fresh herbs before diving into the main course with choices from Australian lobster tail to veal chop and Kobe-style beef short rib. For $130 per person, this four-course feast is topped off with rich desserts like cherries jubilee, crepes Suzzette prepared tableside, or the chocolate fantasy garnished with fresh berries and gold leaf.
