The Vineyard Restaurant serves up a menu worth celebrating on New Year's Eve, beginning with decadent appetizer choices such as New Zealand lamp chop, jumbo lump crab profiteroles, or lobster and corn chowder soup. Diners are then treated to a crisp salad made with butter lettuce, teardrop tomatoes, white asparagus tips, kiwi and fresh herbs before diving into the main course with choices from Australian lobster tail to veal chop and Kobe-style beef short rib.
