After a successful run at Luxor, comedian-ventriloquist Ronn Lucas and his puppets Scorch, Buffalo Billy and Chuck are moving to Excalibur April 1. Lucas and his puppet troupe will perform inside the Thunder From Down Under Showroom Tuesday – Sunday at 1 p.m.; dark Monday.
General admission is $29.95 plus tax and handling fees. VIP admission is $39.95 plus tax and handling fees and includes preferred seating, choice of a DVD or T-Shirt and a signed photograph. "The Ronn Lucas Show" featuring Lucas and his puppet sidekicks Scorch (the loveable green teenage dragon), Buffalo Billy (the hilarious cowboy who thinks he's a ladies' man) and Chuck (the punk rock rebel), mixes stand-up comedy, improvisation, audience participation, puppetry and vocal gymnastics for an afternoon of good clean fun. "The Ronn Lucas Show" is produced by Adam Steck, CEO of SPI Entertainment and producer of the hit shows Thunder From Down Under, Louie Anderson: Larger Than Life and Sylvia Browne's live performances at Excalibur.
"Scorch and I are looking forward to our move," said Lucas. "Excalibur is a place I have always wanted to work and I am excited to debut several surprises including an expanded role for Scorch," he continued.
Lucas, an internationally recognized comedian-ventriloquist, has been entertaining fans worldwide for many years with his amazing talent. Lucas has experience both as a stage and TV performer. His national television credits include "The Late Show with David Letterman," "The Tonight Show" and "Nip-Tuck" as well as his own past comedy special "Who's In Charge Here," which aired on the Disney Channel.
