KRS-One and Chuck Liddell will Invade Las Vegas' Premier Nightclub to Kick Off Another Year of Spectacular Soirees


Beginning Friday, December 28 through Monday, December 31, the legendary Studio 54 inside of MGM Grand will ring in 2008 with the hottest New Year's soirees on The Strip, including performances by hip-hop legend KRS-One and the ultimate after party with Ultimate Fighting Champion Chuck Liddell.


The New Year's Eve line-up includes the following:


Friday, December 28:  Hip-hop pioneer KRS-ONE will kick-off New Year's weekend at Studio 54 as he entertains the crowd with an extraordinary live performance.  Known for his furiously political and socially conscious music, KRS-One has been dubbed "The Teacha" throughout the hip-hop community.


Saturday, December 29:  Adding to the New Year's mania, Studio 54 will host the official UFC 79 Liddell vs. Silva After-Fight Party with light heavyweight champion, Chuck Liddell.  Directly following the mega-fight at the Mandalay Bay Events Center, the unstoppable Liddell will continue Studio 54's 2008 celebration to heat up the New Year's Eve weekend. 


Monday, December 31:  New Year's Eve Gala:  Studio 54 presents its 10th annual New Year's Eve Gala, including an open bar from 9 to 11 p.m. and complimentary champagne from 9 p.m. to midnight.  Guests will experience one of Vegas' most electrifying countdowns with a spectacular balloon drop and confetti blast at midnight.
