WHAT: Largest country New Year's Eve 2008 party. Ring in 2008 at Stoney's Rockin' Country with special guests Western Underground, champagne toast, midnight balloon drop and party favors. Western Underground, the driving, rodeo rock 'n' roll sound behind the legendary Chris LeDoux, has created their own identity, paying special tribute to their longtime friend and mentor. Tickets are $19.95 plus tax and go on sale Thursday, December 20 at 9 a.m. at the Stoney's Rockin' Country box office. Reserved seating and bottle service is available by calling 702-797-9079.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Stoney's Rockin'Country is conveniently located on Las Vegas Boulevard and is open Tuesday-Saturday from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. for line dancing and carousing. The club and concert venue features local, regional and national talent acts on the 45-foot by 25-foot main stage using a state-of-the-art Meyers Concert Series sound system. The elevated 2,500 square foot hardwood dance floor is flanked by two full-service 45 feet and 55 feet long bars. Other highlights include three 44-foot mini bowling lanes, four pool tables, a mechanical bull and a cowboy arcade. In the center of the action are two raised VIP seating areas, including the Cowboy Ultra-lounge with plush wing-backed seats, leather couches and access to bottle service. Scheduled activities include nightly bull riding contests and line dancing classes every Thursday, Friday and Saturday beginning at 7 p.m. Thursday night is also Ladies Night featuring $1 drink specials. Twenty dollar all-you-can-drink draft beer is available on Friday and Saturday. Nightly cover depends upon scheduled entertainment.
