WHAT: CATHOUSE GRAND OPENING Combining restaurant, lounge and performance, CatHouse offers something completely new and unique to the Las Vegas Strip.  In the style of an opulent 19th century Parisian bordello, the 'loungerie' uniquely combines performance, dining and nightlife. World-renowned chef and partner Kerry Simon stays true to his roots while putting a new spin on his signature approach with dishes inspired by European, Asian and American flavors.  In stark contrast to mammoth, impersonal clubs that have saturated the strip, CatHouse offers two intimate rooms for dining and nightlife enjoyment.
