The menu also caters to omelet lovers with the option for guests to create customized omelets, prepared to their exact preference.  Served with three eggs, guests may choose from a large selection of items including Italian sausage, ham, bacon and salami; vegetables including onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and olives; cheeses including mozzarella, parmesan, crumbled blue cheese and cheddar and other unique omelet toppings such as avocado, sour cream and tangy marinara. 


Sierra Gold also offers exclusive breakfast skillet specials available daily from midnight – 11 a.m. Priced at $5.99 each and accompanied with three eggs and choice of toast, patrons can choose from the sausage, bacon, ham steak or 8-ounce grilled steak.  All dishes, except the ham steak skillet, are also served with home fries.  For guests craving breakfast during the late hours of the night, Sierra Gold serves it up twenty-four hours a day.
