Seasons Buffet at Silverton Casino Lodge wines and dines guests with a special  Thanksgiving Day menu.


Seasons' Thanksgiving Day Wine and Dine menu features an array of seafood delights including lobster and butternut squash bisque with cardamom croutons, shrimp cocktail, stuffed crab and king crab legs with whole grain mustard sauce.  Also on the menu is assorted sushi with wasabi, pickled ginger and soy, bay scallops in an orange-basil sauce, juniper-maple smoked salmon and steamed crab legs with drawn butter.


Traditional Thanksgiving dishes include sliced turkey legs with giblet gravy, grilled root vegetables, grilled butternut and acorn squash and apple-sausage stuffing. To enjoy a non-traditional dinner, guests can savor turkey Marsala, Montreal rub crusted prime rib of beef, citrus osso bucco, grilled lamb chops with rosemary, roasted garlic and honey glaze, barbeque pork ribs and beef chow fun.


Other decadent delights consist of roast steamship of pork with brandied raisin sauce, sweet crab and corn chowder, Belgium endive and Waldorf salad and roasted baby beets served with watercress salad. Guests can also indulge in the Vintner's station, which displays an array of wines with merlot, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay and white zinfandel.


For the sweet tooth, Seasons' Thanksgiving Day Wine and Dine menu offers chocolate dipped strawberries, pumpkin, pecan, cherry and apple pies, assorted French pastries and cookies, pumpkin Brule and maple panacotta with spiced fruits and candied pecans.
