Hard To Get Las Vegas Shows and Show Ticket Tips:
Buy well in advance, but remember: some tickets are not released more than
three months ahead. Keep checking back. For reserved seat shows (most Las Vegas shows),
the earlier you buy, the better the seats.

Las Vegas Weather Has Great All Year, Right?
Well, not quite. If you want 75-90 degree highs with moderate overnight temperatures all year around (and can deal with the humidity), visit Florida.
Las Vegas has four seasons:
Summer (March - May)
Very Hot (June - August)
Summer Again (September - November)
Fall/Spring (December - February)
To help you plan, here are the average highs and lows:
January: |
57 F / 33 F |
February: |
63 F / 38 F |
March: |
68 F / 43 F |
April: |
77 F / 50 F |
May: |
87 F / 60 F |
June: |
87 F / 60 F |
July: |
105 F / 76 F |
August: |
103 F / 74 F |
September: |
94 F / 66 F |
October: |
82 F / 54 F |
November: |
67 F / 42 F |
December: |
57 F / 33 F |
Very Important: Las Vegas is a desert climate and weather can vary. Do not be surprised if the temperature during your visit is up to 10 degrees higher or lower than the average.
The good side? June - August are the lowest rates of the year (except for the week before Christmas) because of the heat, and January - February can be just as cheap (except for a few days here and there when a big convention comes to town).
Yet because of the lack of humidity, the heat here isn't as killing and the cold isn't that damp cold which bites at your skin.
Plus ... I realize that many see this as the wild west in the middle of nowhere ... but guess what: We have heat and air conditioning. Really! I bet there are times in your city where you have to use heat or air and you still have a great time. You can enjoy Vegas any time of year just like we do!
Seriously, you can see from the temperature chart above that we have some great weather much of the year. In addition, we have over 310 days of sun each year. Unlike other resort areas who count any day with a sun break as a "sunny day," our figure counts completely sunny day.
Worried that rain will wreck your vacation? Highly unlikely. Las Vegas averages less rain than any other major metropolitan area in the United States with only 4" a year.
Don't delay: Book a room today and come enjoy our sunshine!
