In celebration of the happiest season of all, Hyde Bellagio introduces four festive cocktails available for a limited time.
The handcrafted holiday menu features unique renditions of retro cocktails alongside signature creations highlighting emerging mixology trends. Drawing inspiration from winter fruits, vegetables and spices, Hyde’s holiday libations utilize the freshest ingredients while incorporating innovative additions such as custom-infused whiskeys, sparkling vodka and liquid nitrogen.
• Hyde’s own whiskey infusion, the ‘Rock and Rye,’ is an adaptation of a once-common liqueur traceable to the pre-Prohibition era. Created in-house by allowing rock candy, cloves, spices and winter citrus fruits to mull in Old Overholt Rye for more than a month, this smooth and flavorful infusion is served on the rocks in an old-fashioned glass.
• Hyde’s ‘Snowflake’ is a delicate and pure drink that packs an icy bite thanks to a splash of liquid nitrogen. Served in a glass “frosted” by freshly fallen coconut “snowflakes” and sweetened with Malibu Rum, the cocktail is as delicious to sip as it is to admire.
• Tart and seasonal pomegranate juice gives the Ponce di Granada its rich holiday color, while lychee liquor adds a sweet twist. The star of the cocktail is Le Grand Saint Sparkling Vodka, an effervescent liquor also known as the champagne of vodkas.
• Traditionally served piping hot, Irish Coffee is a traditional Gaelic whiskey drink created to warm sailors after long voyages. Hyde’s ‘Iced Irish Coffee’ puts a refreshing spin on the drink as Jameson Irish Whiskey and Illy brand espresso blend deliciously over ice in a traditional mug brimming with a frothy, house-made mint whipped cream.
The holiday cocktail menu will be served nightly from 5 – 10 p.m.
