Sugar Factory Las Vegas American Brasserie Offers Lavish Prix Fixe Menu On New Years Eve

Executive Chef Michael Piekarski made a special four-course menu in celebration of the arrival of the New Year on December 31, 2012 at Sugar Factory American Brasserie inside Paris Las Vegas.

Suger Factory New Year's Eve dinnerNew Year’s Eve prix fixe menu of Sugar Factory will be available at two different dining locations within the venue. Priced at $150, guests can have their dinner in the dining room. For breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains, guests can dine in the outdoor seating on the patio priced at $250. The menu will be served at 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. The standard menu and seating of the American brasserie will proceed after midnight to continue the festivities.

The appetizing spread for New Year’s Eve will start with a buffalo chicken croquette, fried with a ghost chili butter sauce, mixed with goat cheese béchamel. The second course will include Merus Crab Salad complete with avocado, radish, red onion, frisee, mango emulsion and truffle ravioli topped with chanterelle puree, marcona almond, ricotta and pomegranate molasses. The main course features Burgundy Braised Short Ribs and Grilled Shrimp topped with braising jus together with crushed confit fingerling potatoes and orange glazed carrots. Guests will enjoy a chocolate torte with raspberry, hazelnut brittle and vanilla bourbon anglaise for dessert. Guests can also avail a glass of champagne in the dinner to celebrate the occasion.
